A. Price varies based on how large the job is and the degree of work required to meet your needs. ARI will come out and consult with you on the job and design the project at no obligation.

Q: What should I look for when buying a sunroom, screenroom or solarium?
A. We're asked that as well as what to avoid by our customers on many occasions and have prepared some helpful hints for home improvement shoppers.

Q: How can I pay for my home improvements. Is financing available?
A: We are proud of the relationships we've built with financial lending institutions and are happy to make personal referrals for customers who would like financing. Most of our customers choose to secure a home improvement loan with one our recommended institutions or their own bank. One option is 100 percent financing with approved credit.

Q: If I add a sunroom or other addition to my home, will I recoup my investment?
A. Many factors have to be considered, including the condition of the home before the renovation and the value and condition of homes in the immediate neighborhood. Renovation magazines consistently rate well-built and well-designed sunrooms as having a high rate of return, often on par with kitchen and bathroom renovations. One point seems certain: with all things being equal, a home with a quality sunroom is more likely to sell easily than a home without.

Q: What is the process I should follow in proceeding with the purchase of one of your products?
A. The first thing you need to do is call or visit our showroom so we can schedule a visit to your home. We need to see firsthand the options available to us based on the design of your house and property. We will explore different design possibilities and provide you with an estimated cost either immediately or within a day or two, depending on the complexity. Once a final design has been agreed upon and the contract is signed, our staff will proceed to do drawings and to obtain the building permit. Drawings and the building permit generally take one week to obtain. Within approximately one month after you should be enjoying your new sunroom.

Q: What about a warranty?
A. At ARI we use only the highest quality materials available. ARI has the strongest warranties in the industry which range from 10 years to lifetime, with all warranties transferable to the new owner should you decide to sell your home.

Q: Are you available to work nights?
A. Yes. We work whenever it is most convenient for you.
